Returns Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for added protection.
  • Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day period are subject to a 13% restocking fee, and acceptance will be at our sole discretion.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline any return based on our inspection.

Dead on Arrival / Faulty on Arrival (DOA)

  • If your item arrives physically damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We may ask for photos or videos to help assess the issue.
  • If the claim is accepted, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.

To qualify for a DOA return or replacement:

  1. The product must be returned in the same new and undamaged condition as received
  2. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included and intact
  3. After return, the product must be examined and confirmed by the manufacturer to have a manufacturing defect

DOA claims that do not meet these requirements may be rejected following inspection.

Warranty Policy

  • All products are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturer defects under normal use.
  • The warranty includes parts and labour required to repair product faults.

What the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorised repairs/modifications
  • Software issues or firmware updates
  • Consumables such as batteries, cables, or caps (unless proven faulty on arrival)
  • Shipping for warranty repairs:
    • You will not incur any shipping charges for warranty repairs.
    • We will either arrange a courier collection from your address, or reimburse your shipping cost if the item is returned from the same country where the original order was delivered.

To qualify for shipping reimbursement:

  1. A postal receipt must be provided
  2. The issue must be confirmed as a manufacturer's fault
  3. The product must be sent via a postal service specified by us
  • Non-transferable warranty:
    • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. If the item is resold or given away, warranty coverage will no longer apply.
  • How to make a claim:
    • Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the fault.
  • Repair first policy:
    • We will always attempt to repair the product first. A replacement will only be offered if repair is not possible.
  • Repair turnaround:
    • Most warranty repairs are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of parts.
