VAT Reclaim

To request a VAT refund, customers can either:

  1. Complete the VAT Reclaim Form and upload a copy of the VAT invoice; or
  2. Email the VAT invoice directly to us at customerservices@onestop-digital.com.

Once we receive your invoice, your VAT refund will be processed within two working days.
