A travel-friendly and versatile telephoto zoom lens, the Nikon NIKKOR Z 70-180mm f/2.8 Lens delivers outstanding shots through its focal range thanks to a fast aperture and short focus distance, while also being capable of smooth cinematic video.

This Nikon telephoto lens has been designed with 19 elements in 14 groups, including 5 ED elements, 1 Super ED element, and 3 aspherical elements. This effectively suppresses colour aberration and accurately compensates for any spherical aberration, coma, or distortion, ensuring high-quality images.

The versatile 70-180mm focal length lets you shoot a wide range of subjects for portraits, lifestyle, sports, nature, landscapes, cityscapes, events, and more. The NIKKOR Z 70-180mm is suitable as a travel lens with its compact and lightweight build at only 795g, as well as for adventure due to the reliable weather sealing* preventing dust or water from entering the lens.
*The lens is not guaranteed to be dust- and drip-resistant in all situations and under all conditions.

The fast f/2.8 aperture gives consistent exposure even in low light at lower ISOs. Fast shutter speeds ensure the subject is captured in great detail, while also being capable of sharp close-up images due to the short minimum focus distance of 0.27m.

Shooting with the lens wide open, the fast aperture and shutter speeds compliment close-up portraits or nature shots, with 9 rounded aperture blades letting you achieve beautiful out-of-focus backgrounds with soft and diffused light.

Quiet focusing and suppressed focus breathing allow for steady filming whether close-up or at a distance; ideal for video recording that requires quiet performance or handheld mobility.
