I'm absolutely amazed at the speed and efficiency of OSD. Ordered a Canon speedlite 600, .BG11 battery grip and 3 Hoya filters. They were in my hand 45 hrs after ordering..with a total having of £400. First class service. I'm about to place another order. Thanks OSD.

Incredible service and quality of product, I have ordered a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS USM on Thursday 13th Sept 2012 at 07:00am London UK and received it from Hong Kong the next day Thurs 14th Sept at 16:00pm London time. The lens itself is a masterpiece but this is only my second purchase from One Stop Digital and their speed of service is and their prices put Amazon to shame. Well done One Stop Digital, you have gained a loyal client.

I ordered a Canon 5D mark III digital SLR on Monday evening and it arrived by courier to my address in the Lake District on Wednesday lunchtime! I have been using the camera since then and it is exactly what you would expect - new, out of the box, works perfectly. Initially I was a little apprehensive about spending so much money to a dealer in Hong Kong, however I've no regrets and have saved £650 compared to UK prices. The service is excellent - you can track the progress of your order through the courier's web site with plenty of updates as it cross to Germany then to the UK. With this competition surely UK prices are going to have to come down by a long way!

Ordered a 5d mkiii on Monday morning and arrived Wednesday morning. 50 hrs from ordering to having at home. Very Very impressive service. Brilliant service and best price. Won't be too long before I'll be using Onestop again.

would recommend this company to any one . ordered a lens and battery grip of here as they were the cheapest i found by lots , so took a risk as i never heard of them before. there customer service is really good had a problem with ordering and they sorted it out for me and got my goods ready for me . i ordered sunday morning and it arrived tuesday afternoon . :) so from hong kong to uk in 2-3 days . will diffidently be using these guys again and have recommended them to lots already thanks guys

I ordered a Tamron 90mm f2.8 for my Pentax camera. Initially I was a bit apprehensive as OSD are based in Hong Kong and I had a bad experience with Simply Electronics, also based in HK. However, they were up front about their location and to be brief excelled in every department... fast free delivery, good prices - I would recommend they consider 'special offers' and mailing customers to promote business and develop loyal customers. As it is... they are still my favourite camera retailer.

Thanks, Great price, No import duty or Vat to pay. Ordered an EFS 15-85mm on Sunday 12th, it was delivered to me in Ireland by Wednesday 15th. Box and everything in perfect condition

Thank you so much for prompt and reliable service. My new canon 35mm f1.4 L lens arrived in 48 hours after I placed the order just in time to shoot the closing olympics ceremony. bought an 50mm 1.4f prime sigma eos mount and it arrived just before christmas, couldnt believe the price and how quick it was delivered ,this is the first shop i go to first when i need new gear .period.

Ordered my Canon 5D Mkiii late on Friday afternoon. Had issues with my credit card company (nothing to do with OnestopDigital). However, communication from OSD was amazing and helped me resolve the problem quickly. Despite this and to my amazement, my camera was waiting for me on Tuesday when I got home from work (it was only despatched on Monday!). Simply amazing. This is not the first time I have used OSD and it won't be the last. Really pleased with my new "toy" and can't wait for the weekend so I can get out there an use it.
Thanks again OSD, you were fantastic. Oh and for the record I had no extra fees to pay, just like my purchases before and I saved a small fortune.
Buy with confidence...there are many UK companies that could learn a lot from OSD.
