I ordered this on 2nd April, encouraged by the testimonials but still unsure. But no worries here - I sent an email regarding possible customs duties and had a prompt very reassuring reply. The lens was delivered on 8th April, having been dispatched on the 5th - incredibly quick considering it was being sent to a Scottish island. No duties to pay either. The lens was very well packaged. Altogether, exemplary service. I would certainly order from them again. Thank you!

My first purchase from Hong Kong and naturally I was cautious but feedback from members of my photographic forum and testimonials on here convinced me to give you a try, particularly when I compared prices with elsewhere! I was very happy with the ordering process and the payment proceedure (via Bank Transfer). Even with the Easter Bank Holidays my order arrived within 6 working days. I was kept informed by email of its despatch and my query was replied to promptly. I wil be using you again and will recommend you to friends.

I have never ordered anything from Hong kong before,but with such a competitive price and an easy ordering system it was worth the chance.It took 3 days with full tracking service ,it's takes longer to get gear from manchester ?.Already looking at the next purchase. All best

Just felt I had to say what a superb service; just as described. I placed the order on 17th February and arrrived on 25th (only after a week which includes bank transfer clearing). A great service at a significant saving, many thanks. I look forward to shop again from this place.

I ordered this during the New Year period, it was clearly highlighted on the site that the shop was closed. The product was shipped on the Wednesday that they re-opened, and delivered to my neighbours on the Saturday.

Bought a 10-20 Sigma wide angle lens. Was amazed by the super fast delivery and how well the item was packaged. I would recommened spending the extra for the FedEx delivery as it will mean you can track its progress. In my case, I could see when it had left HK, when it arrived in France, when it left, arrived at Birmingham and then ... (well you get the idea!). Thanks again, will definately be ordered again!
