1. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron via PayPal. Bank transfer is also accepted at Onestop Digital.

For UK customers, you can even deposit cash or cheque into our UK bank account at any HSBC branch.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer or direct cash/cheque deposit, you can enjoy a 2% discount at the Checkout. Simply make your payment less the discount shown.

Please note that bank transfer and cheque need to be cleared by the bank. Clearing process might take 3-5 working days, and we cannot despatch your order until your payment is cleared.

For new customers who have chosen to pay by PayPal and wish to have their orders shipped to an unconfirmed address, we might require to ask for proof of address/identity before we can process their orders.

For new customers who have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer, proof of address and identity (eg. driving licence, passport, utility bills or bank statements) would have to be emailed or faxed to us before we can process their orders.

2. There is a limit for new PayPal members. What should I do if my order is more than this limit?

For security reasons, there is a limit for new PayPal members. If you are new to PayPal and your order is more than this limit, you would need to confirm your email address and bank account with PayPal. Instructions on the verification process will be provided by PayPal. It is a very simple process, but it might take up to a few working days to have your account verified.

Alternatively, you can pay via one of the other payment methods described above.

3. What are shipping methods used? and how can I track my order?

Unless otherwise stated, our delivery arrangement is outlined below:

For a product priced at £320.00 or above, an internationally renowned courier service, FedEx, will be used and their tracking system can be found at FedEx. It usually takes 2 working days to arrive to most destinations.

Product priced at £319.99 or below will be shipped via Registered Airmail operated by Hong Kong Post. It normally takes 5-8 working days to arrive to most countries. Packages can be tracked here.

All flashguns, memory cards, filters and accessories will be shipped via Airmail.

Please note that our shipping policy is based on individual products, not on total purchase value. Example 1: if you order two items valued at £140 and £190, we might send these two items via registered airmail even though the total purchase value is over £320; Example 2: if you order two items valued at £130 and £330, we will send one item via registered airmail, one via FedEx.

4. How do I know my order has been shipped?
When your order is packaged and dispatched, we will send an email informing you of the despatch and tracking number.
5. What happens if my order is lost during transit?

We offer a 100% compensation for loss of items during transit, i.e., a replacement will be provided as soon as the courier company confirms the loss of the package.

If the pacakge has been delivered according the tracking system of FedEx, Speedpost or Hong Kong Post, you will not be entitled to file any claims. In such cases, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the post office or courier company, whose telephone numbers will be available on request. We will also try to assist you as much as we can.

Replacement can only be arranged if the courier company has confirmed to us the loss of the package.

6. What is your returns policy?

We cannot accept your request for returning you order if you have accepted the delivery of your order, unless there is a manufacturer's fault with the product, in which case you will need to inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Upon receiving your returned order, we will inspect the faulty product. Depending on circumstances, we will then repair the fault or provide you with a replacement if our techincal staff approves that the product does indeed carry a manufacturer's fault.

Lens dust and LCD dead pixels will not be considered as fault, therefore products cannot be returned for any of these reasons.

If the product is not defective but you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund. We have to be notified by email within 3 days of receipt. Please note that shipping & postage cost and 12% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund. All returned products must be free from damage of any kind and be in its original factory box with all original packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and any other materials included.

7. Do I have to pay any import charges when I receive my package?

The prices you pay Onestop-Digital do not include VAT and import duty. Your government may charge you import tax and duty. If you are asked to pay such charges, please pay these charges and we will reimburse you in full. Please refer to our "VAT Free" Guarantee for more details.

If you have any queries on any custom issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way.

8. What is "VAT Free" guarantee?

We offer "VAT Free" guarantee on all of our products for FREE, meaning we guarantee that you will not have to pay any import charges (namely import duty, courier handling fees, VAT and GST), i.e., DUTY FREE. If you are asked to pay import charges when you receive your package, please pay for these charges as requested and send the original VAT receipt to us. We will then reimburse such charges upon receiving the receipt. We would like to remind our customers to make a photocopy of the receipt before posting the original copy.

This VAT Free guarantee is only available for orders shipped to the United Kingdom at the moment.

9. How do I reclaim the VAT?

Please click on the "VAT Reclaim" link on the left column of our site, and fill in the details. After submitting the VAT Reclaim form, please post the original copy of the VAT receipt to Onestop Digital, Unit 2A, 11-13 Sau Chuk Yuen Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong.

Please remember to make a photocopy of the VAT receipt for yourself before posting the original to us.

As soon as we receive the receipt, we will issue a VAT refund to you.

If your payment method was bank transfer, please send the VAT receipt with a cover note with your bank details, so that we can issue the VAT refund directly to your bank account.

10. How long is the warranty you are offering?

Unless otherwise stated, we offer 12 months "Return to Hong Kong" warranty for all of our cameras and 6 months warranty for camera lenses and flashguns.

Please note that some products on our site do come with manufacturer's international warranty. If this is the case, it would be stated in the product description.

11. What should I do if I need to get my item repaired?

If the item is covered by manufacturer's international warranty, please contact the manufacturer in your country to arrange repairs

Simply contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. A simple instruction will be given to guide you through the process of posting the faulty product to Hong Kong for repairs.

12. Is it safe to to give my credit card details and personal information when ordering?

We use PayPal as our credit card payment gateway. They take security of your information and online transaction very seriously. They now have more than 50 million members worldwide. Below is a statement from PayPal about their security:

" PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers. 13. Will Onestop-Digital keep my credit card details?

No, we will not even get to see your credit card details. Every credit/debit card transaction is dealt with by PayPal. The credit card details that you submit on our website goes straight to PayPal. As you can see from the PayPal statement above, your credit card details will be safe with them.

14. How will you handle my personal information, such as my address, telephone number and email address?

Please note that PayPal does not provide us with your credit/debit card information. The only information we receive includes your name, email address, postal address and information about the items that you purchased.

We will use the information you provide only to deliver goods that you request. Your personal information will be held on our database. This database is behind a firewall and on a computer which is not directly connected to the internet.

15. Will you give my details to any third parties?

No. We do not share your personal information with ANYONE. The only exception to this rule is: we respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

16. Do you create any cookies on my computer?

Onestop-Digital does not set cookies on your computer (A cookie is a small amount of data, that is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. A website can then later access the cookies it has already sent to you).

If you choose to use our shopping cart and/or pay us by credit/debit cards (both processes are handled by PayPal), PayPal will create cookies on your computer. These cookies are either temporary or long-lasting. Temporary cookies expire and no longer have any effect, once you log out or close your browser. Long-lasting cookies are encoded so that your email address and other information can only be interpreted by PayPal. You will find a PayPal statement on their use of cookies here.
