Item recieved in 3 working days with no tax or duty to pay. Email response was quick and polite. One-stop digital did not stock the pentax mount for my K10d but after my request added it to their list as in stock after 2 days. I then requested a price match for the item by email and they reduced the price on the web site within 15 mins of my request! This price was still slightly higher but taking into account the international warranty and the export taxes refund policy i ordered the lens because the last thing i wanted was the postman bumping up my bill by £52. (6.7% import tax + 17.5% VAT) Will definately order again!!!!! |

Bought a 10-20 Sigma wide angle lens. Was amazed by the super fast delivery and how well the item was packaged. I would recommened spending the extra for the FedEx delivery as it will mean you can track its progress. In my case, I could see when it had left HK, when it arrived in France, when it left, arrived at Birmingham and then ... (well you get the idea!).

I have to admit to at first being a little dubious about some of the claims made in these testimonials, but - nevertheless - I took the plunge and ordered a Hoya Pro1 circular polarising filter, based mainly on the fact that I couldn't find it any cheaper elsewhere. If my doubt-based thoughts had been spoken out loud I would now, quite simply, be eating my words! Having ordered on the 16th July, the filter arrived on the 20th - unbelievably fast, especially considering that one of those days was a Sunday. What can I say apart from absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I ordered this lens from a company in the UK and it was stuck in processing for 5 days!! So I cancelled the ordered and placed a new one with OneStop Digital, the price was £20 cheaper which was a bonus. I placed my order on Sunday Night, I received an email Monday morning stating my item had been dispatched and a tracking number. I ordered this lens on a Sunday and, having tracked it via Fedex, it arrived on the following Friday. Brilliant! The price is really competitive, no problems with delivery. The lens itself is fantastic for the price, on the EOS 400D it is really pin sharp even at 300mm hand held. I haven't had it long enough to see how much juice the image stabilisation uses up but I suspect it would be sensible to get a spare battery or even better a battery grip which will probably be my next purchase from onestop-digital. |

Prompt order confirmation, processing status updates and shippment tracking let me easily monitor progress.
Fantastic price makes Canon's recent lens price rises more affordable. No import duty. If there had been, then choice of FedEx means these would have just been invoiced rather than payed on delivery at doorstep (as with some couriers).
I was a bit wary about buying overseas, but with this experience and level of service has dimissed any doubts. I know where I will be buying my lenses and accessories from now on. |

I ordered a Canon EF-S lens on Sunday to be delivered to my work address, unfortunately it was not paypal verified which meant the order was stopped unless I provided further details, it's a pity this wasn't picked up by the automatic checkout process through paypal; however my fault as it is explained in the T&C. Anyhow, requested cancellation for a refund to repurchase to my home address. Dealt with promptly on Monday morning which meant I reordered Monday afternoon. Paid extra for Fedex delivery (£10) and it arrived on Thursday!! 3 days from Hong Kong, no problems with customs at all. In fact their tracking suggested Friday so I wasn't in to collect on Thursday but Fedex on-line lets you reschedule delivery which I did at 9pm.
In summary excellent service for me from both one-stop and fedex, top marks all round.
Hope to deal with you again.

There is no point paying UK prices and rip off delivery charges when DHL deliver to the UK in 3 working days max.

I was very happy with the purchase of my Nikon D70 through the ebay auction 3862663021. The transaction was very smooth and at all times I was kept up to date with what was happening. When the item arrived in the UK there was an error made by Parcel Force and the tracking number supplied was registering the item as delivered. I notified Fai about this and within 8 hours I had been given a response giving me full details of what had happened to the package and who to contact.
It is hard to find this kind of service in the commercial retail world let alone on ebay. |

After spending considerable time looking for the Camera lens i wanted and finding it i asked the shop assistant How Much. I then Went to the shop round the corner and asked the same question. Thinking i might get a better price online i surfed the net and found loads of sights offering great deals. One sight in particular was Onestop Digital which offered the best deal.
